DESCRIPTION
Bremod 6.17 is the shade Honey Tea Brown, a warm, muted natural brown hair color with soft golden and honey undertones. It is a popular, salon-grade hair dye cream that offers rich, even coverage and works well for covering gray hair.
Oxidizer (Developer) Guide
To use Bremod 6.17, you must mix it with an oxidizing cream (developer) in a 1:1 ratio (e.g., 100ml color cream to 100ml oxidizer). Choosing the right strength depends on your current hair base:
• 6% Oxidizer (20 Volume): Best for standard color deposit, covering gray or white hairs, or maintaining a rich tone on natural or pre-lightened hair.
• 9% Oxidizer (30 Volume): Ideal for fashion hair colors. It provides a slight lift on darker natural hair bases (Levels 3–5) to help the warm honey tones show up better.
• 12% Oxidizer (40 Volume): Provides maximum lift and brightness. It is often used on dark, virgin hair to achieve the lighter "milk tea" effect without bleaching, though it may reduce the depth of the tone.
Expected Results by Hair Base
• On Bleached or Light Hair (Level 7+): It appears as a vibrant, light honey or milk tea brown.
• On Natural Medium Hair (Level 6): It yields a perfect balance of warm honey-infused brown with subtle golden nuances.
• On Dark or Virgin Hair (Level 3-5): The color will look much deeper and more subtle. If applied without bleach, using a higher developer like 9% or 12% is recommended to ensure the brown tint is visible under light.
How to Apply
1. Mix: Stir 1 part of the 6.17 color cream with 1 part of your chosen oxidizer in a non-metallic bowl until smooth.
2. First Application: Apply the mixture starting 1/2 to 1 cm away from the scalp, working through the mid-lengths and ends. Leave it on for 20 to 30 minutes.
3. Root Application: Apply the remaining mixture to your roots and leave it for another 15 to 20 minutes. (Total development time should be around 40–45 minutes).
4. Rinse: Perform a strand check, then rinse thoroughly with water once the color has fully developed.
